The picture looked very tempting, and since I had two lean turkey keilbasas in my freezer, I thought I'd try it out. It was great! Slow cooked for 8-10 hrs made everything very tender. I did two cans of black beans and one can of garbanzo beans. Knowing I was serving young children, omitted the spices. Before serving, I saw that the sauce was watery, so I also added a 6oz can of tomato paste. Perfection. My two year old ate it up. Good by itself or over rice or ramen noodles. Let me not forget to mention that I put the keilbasa in frozen and the veggies in raw. No prob.
