Crispy Fried Chicken
Very juicy, cooked through completely! Followed the recipe exactly only added some extra seasoning, not much, and my only complaint is that it was pretty much flavorless. So Im making it again tonite with much more seasonings, we'll see :) also it takes a bit to get that texture before frying.

Coconut Macaroons III
pretty good. Very easy to make. I used a ice cream scoop and just buttered my baking sheet and I didnt have much of a sticking problem. They're very moist and not super sweet. The coconut stays very soft (i used the bag coconut). My boyfriend ate 4 right out of the oven and hes not that crazy bout coconut, said they were one of the best things he's ever eaten. I dont know if I'd go that far but they're good! :)

Easy Whipped Cream
I was just looking for the right ingredients and this told me what i needed to know. I poured in what was left of my small carton of heavy cream (about 3/4 of it), and what looked like 1 part powdered sugar (compared to the cream- 1 part sugar, to 4 parts cream...make sense? i dunno) anywhoo then poured in what looked like about a tsp of vanilla and started beating it with my electric mixer for 5 mins or so...it was BEAUTIFUL!!! I dont really like sour cream, and it was fine without it. I LOVE this! :) thank youuu, its very tasty on my coconut cream pie
