Coriander & Cumin Crusted Grilled Swordfish with Avocado Relish

This is absolutely outstanding. The cumin and coriander, as well as the avocado relish are perfect complements to swordfish. I've also tried this with mahi-mahi with equally good results. I've cooked it on both the outdoor grill and on a Foreman grill, and it came out perfectly both times. Thanks so much for a great recipe.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This was delicious, with just the right amount of spiciness. I was a little skeptical about the addition of bouillon granules, but they blended in nicely and really enhanced the flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, although it's one of those that could be tweaked to one's tastes. I might try a variation on it using some different or additional vegetables or, perhaps,chicken instead of sausage. Having said that, both my husband and I loved it as is. Thanks for the recipe. I'll definitely be making it again!

Fire and Ice Pasta

All of the positive reviews are true: this is excellent. In keeping with the caveat, I added 3/4 cup olive oil and it was just right. The only additions I made were 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers (just because I love them) and a sprinkling of asiago prior to serving. This recipe just adds up to a smashing combination of fresh ingredients. I'm going to serve it at our next summer party. Thanks for the great recipe!

Finally got around to rating this again having made the recipe as is. These are just awesome in every way. The patties are very generously sized and very filling. This recipe is in our permanent five star file. :-)

Chicken Soup Au Pistou

This is an excellent soup. I think the pesto adds a wonderful savory dimension so unless you dislike pesto, be sure to add a dollop to the top before you serve and then stir it in. I made only some minor additions to the recipe, and that was about a 1/4 tsp. of dried thyme and a Tbsp. of good quality margarine(watching calories). The latter contributed richness to the soup without alot of added fat. I'm going to try this again and make it with roasted chicken, although it's very good as is. Husband liked it too.
