Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
I let boneless, skinless chicken breast that had been pounded thin marinade overnight. They were grilled over medium heat until they reached 170 degrees and were absolutely delicious without being dry! The only change was using dijon mustard instead of dry mustard since I didn't have any dry mustard. I will definately make this again!

Marinade for Steak I

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
We used it on sirloin steaks for about 6 hours and they turned out so tender! I did substitute onion powder for onion slices.

Spinach Enchiladas Verde

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
My husband and I loved it! I just added sauteed mushrooms with the spinach to bulk them up some. Also, used much more salsa to keep them saucy and an extra layer of sour cream with the salsa and cheese on top of the rolled enchiladas to keep them moist. Delicious!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
This was delicious! I made extra cheese sauce and it was perfect for a side on Valentine's Day. Definately a rich dish for the everyday meal, but a great treat for special occasions.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
This was a great pasta sauce for everyday dinners. We made it with fat free half and half to cut calories, as well as, add a sprinkle of Wondra quick mixing flour while simmering to thicken it. We were pleased with the flavor. Also, it reheated great the next day for lunch!
