Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I made these tonight just to see what they would be like - I loved them (and this is coming from a non-brussel sprout eater). Very very good! I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for the great recipe!

Salisbury Steak

Chocolate Trifle

WOW!!! I made this for the family for Christmas and it was one of about 15 desserts - this is the one they all went for seconds!! After reading the reviews, I did a little tweaking and added caramel and heath bits. Very easy to make and the presentation makes it look like you spent all day on it......Will be making again!!!!

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

I have never made homemade meatballs before and came across this recipe. Made for dinner last night and my family loved them. The hour cook time was too long as some of them burned - I cut off the burned part and they were still eaten. I cut the sugar and liquid smoke in half as others suggested and they came out great. I will make this again but reduce the cook time.

Sugar Coated Pecans

Made these today - very easy and delicious. I used two egg whites as suggested and substituted vanilla for the water. WOW - I can see these will be addictive!!! Great recipe!!

VERY good and easy. The only thing I did as others suggested is cook the bacon first separately and grilled the onions. My family loved it. Will be making again!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

So easy and so good! Frozen chicken breasts were done after 6 hours on low. Family gave 4 stars but all of the reasons were controllable - too spicy and too saucy; next time I will use a milder sauce and not as much. I will also omit the butter at the end but I always follow the exact instructions the first time I try a recipe. Super easy and soooo good!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

This is the exact recipe my Mom used when we were kids but she always eyeballed the ingredients so to find this with measurements (scaled down to 6 servings) was a thrill. So chocolatey and creamy! Next time I will scale it down to 4 servings since I did have some left over but the flavor is OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

GREAT soup. We made this to go along with Christmas dinner - got great reviews. We did add cheddar cheese to the milk sauce so we did change it a little. Also didn't puree it with the wand - we used a hand mixer that left some broccoli pieces bigger. Will definitely be making again! Thanks for sharing.

Barbequed Ribs
