Garlic Chicken
I am giving it a 3 because i used butter instead of oil like another reviewer suggested and I wasnt all that impressed. It was very bland. I even added extra garlic since I LOVE garlic. Maybe I am just not a huge fan of chicken... but I felt like this recipe needed some work.

Salisbury Steak
I rated this a 4 because I did not use the exact recipe. I took recommendations from previous reviewers and added a can of cream of mushroom as well as sauteed mushrooms to the dish. I also added a dash of cayenne for some spicy flavor. I pan cooked it slightly on both sides and then put the remainder in the casserole dish and baked on 375 for about 30 minutes. I served it with mashed potatoes.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
this is pretty dang good! I forgot to thaw my whip cream in time (bummer!) and i did use a blender to thoroughly mix the ingredients and to foam it up a bit. I also used 1% milk (all I had) and did not use exact ingredients... i just kind of put in what looked good. It is quite delicious even without the whip... but I am looking forward to this weekend when my whipped cream will be ready! Tried it again this time with the whipped cream! it was awesome!
