This is a GREAT recipe. If it is too salty you used SALTED butter, use unsalted. The trick to successfully making any alfrado is SLOWLY adding the ingredients. First slighly warming the milk in the microwave and SLOWLY adding teh milk so it absorbs and is combined before added me. Then add the cheese a teaspoon at a time. IF you add it too quickly it will cling together... Also, adding a little of your pasta water wil thicken it up from the strach and give it an authentic taste. I add Sundried tomatoes and Pinenuts.
