Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

I made this as an appetizer for our New Years Party. Delicious! I used the whole block of cream cheese and an extra 1/2 cup of mozzarella as suggested by other users Very easy and absolutely yummy.

Sweet Potato Pie I

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was not complicated at all. I added smoked sausage and chicken with a little extra broth. Everyone loved it, and they all asked for seconds. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for the recipe.

Oven Fried Chicken II

I was not very impressed with this recipe. As I was turning the chicken, the coating seemed to break apart and fall off. I used legs instead of thighs, and that may have had something to do with it. I think I may try it again because the chicken, although not very attractive once the coating came off, was pretty good. I was a bit disappointed, but my husband liked it.

This was a really quick and easy recipe. My husband is not a big fan of beans, so we left them out and added a can of diced tomato. We all enjoyed it.

Louisiana Shrimp Creole II

Amazing Crab Shells

This recipe was quite average in my opinion. The stuffed shells actually tasted better once heated in the oven, and the filling tasted better on crackers. I don't think I will make this again.
