Stuffed Pepper Soup I

Easy quick meal...nothing fancy but it is darn good! Added a little hot sauce and used a can of beef broth and the bouillon cubes.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I have been making this soup for about 4 years now and my family still raves about it! I will typically use a 5lb bag of potatoes and 2 pounds of ham and triple everything else. I also add 2 bags of the bacon crumbles. Top off with cheese and sour cream and this is to die for! Thanks for an awesome recipe!
