Very Easy Mushroom Barley Soup

Great, easy recipe. I used 3 cups chicken stock (less salt) and 3 cups beef stock to give it a deeper and more dimensional flavor. It turned out wonderful.

Pollo (Chicken) Fricassee from Puerto Rico

Made this recipe tonight. It was great. It tastes authentic! The only changes were I didn't use cumin instead I used black pepper & added a small amount of chicken stock to it as well as about a cup of white wine and finally 1/2 can of tomato sauce. Delicious!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Just made this soup today for the first time, -and it was so delicious! I made it exactly as the recipe calls for. It was hearty, yet light. I loved the mild flavor. I was asked for the recipe. I will be making this ongoing!

Garlic Chicken

Just made this recipe tonight for the first time- and my family and I loved it! I used thin chicken breasts. I followed the recipe exactly just seasoned the chicken before after dipping in the olive oil/garlic mixture w/black pepper and onion powder then proceeded to press the chicken into Italian planko crumbs and parmesan/Romano grated cheese mixture. It was light & delicious! Next time I'll blend the olive oil and garlic together and then let the chicken sit in it for 30 mins to see if it tastes moister and even better. Delicious!!

Honey Baked Chicken II

I tried this recipe, & it exceeded all my expectations. I followed it exactly - just cutting the butter in half & it was delicious. My family ate it right down. It looked as good as it tasted.
