Real Italian Calzones
This was a big hit with the family. It was easy to make and tasted fantastic. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar, and sausage instead of pepperoni. I will definitely make this again!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
This has been put on permanent rotation at our house! It's super easy, tastes great and everyone loves it. I use the three cheese tomato sauce from Trader Joe's and that makes it. I used a regular pasta sauce one night when we were out of our normal sauce and it wasn't as good. I think it's better with sauce that isn't bitter or have any sugar added. Sticking the chicken in the fridge for a little bit before cooking makes such a huge difference! Best tip I've gotten in a long time! I serve it over whole wheat egg noodles and always make a little extra for leftovers!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
I hate to be one of the few to not rave about this, but we didn't like it at all. The cream cheese was too much. I don't normally make things like this and don't remember the last time I used cream cheese in anything but cheesecake, so it may be that we're just not used to it. I loved the idea of it and it was super easy to make, but my family didn't want to keep eating it after the first couple of bites.
