Snickerdoodles III

I had self-rising flour, so I omitted salt and baking soda. Otherwise, using butter, followed recipe exactly except baked at 375 for 8 minutes. Perfect!

Deer Chop Hurry

There was nothing wrong with this recipe, but it was not spicy enough for my tastes. If you don't like spicy, you will probably like it. Going in, I figured this would be the case. I made it exactly as directed just to see. Had to give it some zing by pouring off the liquid and adding homemade BBQ sauce. I would recommend adding Montreal Steak seasoning and red pepper flakes if you prefer hot and spicy.

Italian Style Sausage

Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup

It was yummy! I ate it as is without blending it up. It is a very light soup. I will put some sort of sausage in it next time I cook it. But great alone!

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

I am a southern girl, so I have eaten plenty of fried chicken. I made it for 2 people and didn't have garlic salt. So, I used, 2 breasts, 1 heaping cup flour, 1 tbs each garlic powder, salt, and pepper. I needed 3 eggs to get it all breaded. Make sure you dip the chicken in flour first, then egg, then back in the flour again. Awesome!
