Following a video by Chef Fabio on how to make The Perfect Hardboiled Egg. After following his instructions I put the eggs in the refrigerator until I was ready to color the eggs for easter. While doing this I dropped the egg & fell into the dye and splashing all over me. lol. My shirt, hands, face. After cleaning up and all put them back into the fridge. Later that day I got all my ingredients on the counter to do the deviled eggs. I picked up the first egg to crack open and The Second Disaster was the eggs were RAW!!!! Later, I made more my way and were delicious. I took pictures of the whole disaster and emailed to my friends and family who would appreciate MY DISASTER and laugh.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
Great reviews! I've been making something very identical to this but with variations. I have saved this and will remember to try this. Need to get the ingredients at the grocery store next visit. I love the aroma of Italian sausage, peppers, & onions cooking. Bona appitte!

Easy Fried Eggplant
No I haven't tried these or this recipe yet but plan on buying eggplant next time at the grocery store. I have always been afraid to fry the eggplant since my last disaster. The eggplant came out too soggy with oil. Thank you for this recipe and everyone's comments.

Hot Italian Sausage
I am Italian and have been eating sausage, peppers, and onions since I was a child. It is one of my favorite dishes eating it as a sandwich with the fixings preferrably on a hard roll bun. I make the sausage casserole once a month. Tomorrow is Sunday and am making the casserole with potatoes that are oven roasted. Comfort food and love leftovers too! I love putting and cooking the sausage in my pasta sauce. It gets so good as the sauce cooks and seeps into the sausage and makes it so tender and delicious. Enough on sausage...manga.
