Our family maintains a tiny farm and I am always interested in sharing and trading recipes that showcase natural, frugal to prepare foods available in ones own back yard (literally!)
I often convert recipes to ingredients I can grow myself or obtain from other small growers like duck and turkey eggs, goats milk and cheeses, honey or stevia for sweetening, wild foods, and luxury meats you don't often find in the grocery store like rabbit, capron, goose, duck and squab!
My favorite things to cook
Desserts are my favorite, sinfully sweet thing to cook. Pulling off a great cake from scratch makes me feel like a kitchenaid rock star!
