Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
So good! Definitely cut back on the cayenne and jalapenos, I did and it was still pretty spicy. I didn't have onions so I used 6 tbsp of minced, I also didn't have garlic cloves so I used 1 1/2 tsp of minced. I pureed two of the cans of beans just to make it a little thicker. I also added 2 tbsp of sour cream to cut the heat down a little and cooked it on med-high to start then reduced it to low and cooked for a couple hours stirring occasionally. Don't forget the cornbread!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Way too much vanilla! 1 tsp is probably all you need. Besides that, they were soo good! Mine cooked for 15 minutes excactly and came out perfect!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
It was good but not great. I would recommend doing half the italian seasoning in the beginning and the rest after you add the cfream cheese and soup, that might spice it up a bit. I would also add a little milk at the end, as it was very dry.
