Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2012
These cookies are really good! They had the perfect texture and were so light. Thank you for the recipe! Here is what happened in my kitchen: If you don't have margarine (I was out) you can use butter. It added a nice flavor to these cookies too. The only thing I would do next time is cut back a bit on the salt to 1/2 tsp if I am using salted butter. They were done in 13 minutes and I cooled them a bit before lifting off the cookie sheet or they would break. They came out to 4 dozen and a few to spare!

Bree's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: May 6, 2012
Easy and delicious! Lunches are going to be such a treat this week. My chicken was canned in 9.75 oz so I used 3. To compensate, I used 1 cup of mayo instead of 3/4. Turned out perfect - Thanks Bree!

Kielbasa and Veggies

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
Very good! I used pepper as I did not have lemon pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. At 50 minutes my diced russets were still hard. This dish took 1 1/2 hours to finish. Partially cooking the potatoes before baking could be a time saver for those who need this dish done in an hours time. I served it with salad and dinner rolls, and will certainly make it again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Awesome! To those who don't know - Butter should be cold to make good crumbles. :) I have made these muffins for family, friends, and neighbors and have been absolutely showered with compliments. Easy and delicious. Thank you!
