About this Cook
Just got married and I'm having so much fun expirementing new things. As a Mexican woman, it is vital that you please your man when it comes to the kitchen!
My favorite things to cook
I love using the oven to cook and bake.I try to avoid deep frying as much as possible. My favorite thing to cook would be... soups. (My favorite food)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mole, a thick curry-like 'soup' This is a mexican dish made out of chicken and many spices. I haven't had anything better than my mom's. Birria, also a soupy-like meal made with alot of spices but made with beef. Only some people from certain parts of Mexico know how to make this. It is usually made for special events. My mom makes the best!
My cooking triumphs
-banana bread -alfredo-chicken spaghetti w/ broccoli -strawberry salad - lasagna
My cooking tragedies
-Lenitl soup -Chiles rellenos -Chicken breast fillet

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This was the fisrt chocolate cookie I made from scratch and I don't plan on making another one. I decreased the sugar to half a cup of brown and white sugar. I like my cookies kinda bitter. I kept regfrigerated the cookie dough before and it made it easier to work with.
