Delicious and easy to make! I'm going to try adding some bacon and maybe some cheese next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
Way too peppery for my taste. 1/2 tsp. white pepper would have worked. I will make it again though, the flavor was good.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
Excellent!! The only change I would make for my next cake is to increase the blueberries and mix them in the batter. Will make this again.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
Easy to make, few ingredients, and most importantly, delicious! If you don't have fresh basil, only use half of what the recipe calls for. I will make this again.

Lemon Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
More of a cake than a bread. It did not have any lemon flavor (except for the topping). I love lemon, so I was very dissapointed. I will not make this again.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
This chicken was delicious! I used thin chicken breast and baked them on a cookie sheet for only 22 mins. They came out well, though almost overdone, so I would lower the temp next time to 400. I will definitely make this recipe again!

Key Lime Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
The cheesecake was only about an inch high, but it had some kick to it! I used regular lime juice instead of key lime, and it came out fine. The preparation was a bit much though.

Beef Stew VI

This beef stew was delicious! Had enough zing for those who love flavor, and was not so spicey to disturb the tastebuds of those who like bland food. Excellent!

Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2002
The sauce was sweet, not spicy at all. Good, but I'm looking for a ribs that are a little more tender.
