Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
I modified this recipe to 2 cups of sugar and 1/2 c applesauce and 1/2 c of oil. I would definitely follow the recipe and use the full amount of sugar next time. It wasn't sweet enough for me. I added pecans and raisins. I will try it again, but do full amount of sugar next time.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2013
I love this recipe. It is so easy and it is really good. I have a nectarine tree and am making another cobbler with this recipe. This is going to be my go to recipe for cobblers, it is the easiest recipe I have made with easy clean up.

Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2012
I did the bacon version and it wasn't that great. I think the sausage would be much better. I think it was just my personal preference, but I felt like I was eating bacon grease (I was). It definitely needs salt and pepper.
