Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
Make this DEE-LICIOUS bread pudding and sit back while the raves flow forth. I made this pudding with cinnamon swirl bread and even my guests from Korea and Taiwan wanted seconds + take-aways. I had doubled the recipe and still had no leftovers! Thank you, EllenMarie!

I was disappointed with the heavy crust and the so-so filling.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2003
This is a moist, yummy cake with a tasty topping that I added chopped nuts to just because I had some to use up. This cake's taste reminded me somewhat of the little Drake's Cakes of my youth on the east coast. It will be a repeater!

Musaka

Reviewed: May 18, 2003
This dish was very tasty and flavorful, but kind of soupy/watery even after removing spoonfuls of liquid before baking. It has an unusual flavor, different, but delicious. I'll make it again.

I made this for Easter brunch, adding bacon to the sausage, and served it with honeydew and mango chunks. It was sooo good! This will definately be repeated at my house for any and all holiday morning breakfasts! Delicious!

Nice, moist, banana-rich, and easy-to-make. I added a cup of chopped walnuts for a little variety.

Leftover Turkey Casserole

My family loved this casserole even though I used broccoli instead of celery soup in it. It is easy to assemble and bakes up quickly. Deliciously teamed with mashed potatoes, it's a real "comfort food" dish.

Pumpkin Walnut Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2002
This is the BEST holiday cake ever!! I doubled the ingredients and baked it in a huge roaster-sized pan, and it turned out beautifully! I took it to our large Christmas gathering of family & friends, and everyone raved and demanded some to leave with. Simply divine and so easy. This is my new "traditional" dessert for the holidays from now on!
