Banana Caramel Pie II
I came back to this three times the other day. I couldn't stand it anymore and had to make it. I totally cheated and bought a container of caramel dip by the apples at the store, and grabbed the other ingredients and came home and threw it together. I took it work the next morning and I had to hide the last two pieces to bring home to hubby and son. Will be making this again...I think in a square pan next time and make my own graham cracker crust...I'll probably cheat again and use the store caramel, as that worked fine for me...maybe it is a little more runny than the condensed milk way...but we loved it!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
I have made this many times and we love it. I throw the cake mix and stick of butter in the food processor and then sprinkle over the top of peaches, then sprinkle on the cinnamon. Easy-peasy! =) Hubby and BIL have to have ice cream on top. =)

Rhubarb Cake I
A patient brought this as a treat to our clinic last week! Oh my goodness! I told her I wanted the recipe right away! I grabbed what little was left in the pan at the end of the day and brought it home to my husband and son and they gobbled it right up and told me to get the recipe, too! I know that the only thing she changed was adding 4 cups of rhubarb. It is definately a keeper and I think I might try other fruits (apples, peaches, apricots, plums, blueberries, pears) in the different seasons, too!!
