Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Loved the base of this recipe. We used deer meat and deer jalapeño cheese sausage for the meat. I used a 7.5 quart Dutch oven and started with 6 pieces of bacon sautéed, set aside, brown the meat and set aside, I sautéed the onions with the garlic then added bell peppers and chills, once that was finished I added the bacon, meat, and the rest of the ingredients, spices, and added a whole can of Guinness beer with 1 cup water. Then let simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours. My boyfriend LOVES it and can't wait to make more.
