Baked Beef Stew

My husband loved this recipe and almost ate all of it! (I halved the recipe for our family.) It did need more spice, I added hot sauce, but I will add something next time to give it some more flavor.

Excellent, I accidentally bought tidbits instead of crushed, but am glad I did, I drained all juice except for maybe a couple tablespoons until I thought it looked right and it wasn't soupy at all - yummy!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Very good, I didn't have margarine, so used butter and used Splenda instead of sugar, egg beaters instead of eggs. Very yummy! More cakelike than brownie-like though, next time I will use the recom. of another to use less egg(beaters) and baking soda for chewier brownies. Added choc chips to the top when they were done.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Loved this recipe - I changed it a bit, I used 1 sm jar of red peppers and after sauteeing, I pureed them and then cooked 1 real red pepper and added back the puree. I did about 1/2 cup of broth based on suggestions and it was fine, 3/4 would have been fine too long as you let it reduce down. I only "sprinkled" cayenee and it had enough of a kick for both my husband and I, I couldn't imagine using the amount indicated. Was great, will so make again!

Ravioli Soup

I thought this was great, I did have to add ALOT more water, if you want it to be like soup I recommend doing 6-8 cups of water and adding more seasoning as needed, I also added more veg and the garbanzo beans. Will definitely make again!

Thai Peanut Chicken

Loved this recipe! Will add more peanut butter next time. I used less chicken for just two of us, so the amount of sauce was fine. Yum-my!!
