Pumpkin Pie Bread
This recipe was fantastic! Since my family is trying to be more health conscious, I made a few healthier alterations--I used whole wheat flour, cut the sugar in half (2cups) and instead of using a cup of oil, I used a cup of applesauce. It turned out lovely. Thanks for sharing, we will definately be making this again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Normally I don't like meatloaf, but this one was fabulous! I took some user's advice and altered a few things (1/4 cup brown sugar, 1tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, and the brown sugar mixture on top).
