Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

So easy and very tasty, this is easier to make than my usual spaghetti sauce. Loved it and my family loved it! This is a keeper! I made it exactly as stated minus the parsley.

Chocolate Mousse Cake

I didnt use this as frosting, I used it only for a layer of mousse in between two layers of chocolate cake. It is perfect for this! It is very easy to make, and very tasty!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

My family raved over this, better than the traditional green bean casserole. It was very easy to make. I didnt add the Ritz crackers. The cheese on top is an excellent addition!

These are incredible. I used 2.5 bananas. I made them in a 9x13 pan and increased the cooking time by 5 minutes. I will be making these again.

Seafood Sandwich

This recipe was good. I did cut the tops and bottoms off from the hot dog rolls. I felt the filling was lacking flavor (I made it exactly as specified). I will try it again, but following some of the suggestions: 1. Try Miracle Whip instead of mayo 2. Try Flaking the imitation crab more

Banana Cake VI

This cake is moist, delicious and one that will stay in my recipe box. It took me 1 1/2 hours of cooking time, but my bananas were extra ripe (ok, they were totally black). Awesome cake!

Pork Chops 'n' Pierogies

WOW! This tasted very gourmet! Even the kids (very picky ones at that) liked it! It is a keeper. I made the recipe exactly as the directions stated, except I used a honeycrisp apple. The sauce is delicious!
