Sugar Free Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2012
I made these this afternoon, but I changed a couple things. Firstly, I used truvia, not splend. I also used light vanilla soy milk instead of regular skim milk. And substituted the walnuts for pecans. I also did not the frosting on top. I added about a 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of vanilla. I thought they were actually pretty good! I don't really like things that are too sweet, so I thought these were pretty spot-on for me. The only thing I didn't really like is that they were more cake like, as opposed to brownies. This could have been an error on my part, however.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
Holy canola oil, this is VERY good! The crust was very very easy, except next time I make it I'm going to use a little less flour! I added more sauce which was needed as I think it would have been too dry without it (although my crust could be to blame there.) I added red bell peppers, green onions, and fresh basil to mine. Sooo good! I would agree with others and say that you should cook it a bit longer! The crust wasn't done enough for me! My boyfriend can't wait until I make this next time! :)

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I was absolutely HORRIFIED that this was going to come out bad... but it came out perfect and delicious. I was so happy! I coated my chicken in a plastic bag - it helps soo much with the clean up! I simmered mine for much, much longer than suggested and it turned out moist and amazing! I doubled the ingredients for the sauce for the pasta on the side. Love love love this!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I make the recipe as is on a regular basis, everybody in my family loves them! Super simple and delicious! I roll mine on a plate of bread crumbs and keep them in place with tooth picks. I think I'm going to go ahead and start making a sauce with cream of chicken soup to put on top so they are a little more moist. Super delicious! :)

Beef Chimichangas

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
This recipe is awesome!! I used flour tortillas instead of corn and I only had to do a quick dip in the butter and rolled them - they came out sooo crispy! I didn't use any chillies but I used hot salsa instead. These were a big hit with my boyfriend! :)
