Sugar Free Brownies
I made these this afternoon, but I changed a couple things. Firstly, I used truvia, not splend. I also used light vanilla soy milk instead of regular skim milk. And substituted the walnuts for pecans. I also did not the frosting on top. I added about a 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of vanilla. I thought they were actually pretty good! I don't really like things that are too sweet, so I thought these were pretty spot-on for me. The only thing I didn't really like is that they were more cake like, as opposed to brownies. This could have been an error on my part, however.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Holy canola oil, this is VERY good! The crust was very very easy, except next time I make it I'm going to use a little less flour! I added more sauce which was needed as I think it would have been too dry without it (although my crust could be to blame there.) I added red bell peppers, green onions, and fresh basil to mine. Sooo good! I would agree with others and say that you should cook it a bit longer! The crust wasn't done enough for me! My boyfriend can't wait until I make this next time! :)

Chicken Marsala
I was absolutely HORRIFIED that this was going to come out bad... but it came out perfect and delicious. I was so happy! I coated my chicken in a plastic bag - it helps soo much with the clean up! I simmered mine for much, much longer than suggested and it turned out moist and amazing! I doubled the ingredients for the sauce for the pasta on the side. Love love love this!
