Blender Chocolate Mousse II

The first thing my boyfriend said was "Honey...God bless your hands! This is awesome!" Looks really elegant- I will make over & over again because it was totally awesome- thanks to all of you wonderful cooks out there!

To Die For Fettuccini Alfredo

Sooo good! Everyone loved it- so much better than some of the restaurants I have tried it at- you would think it was left over from a restaurant. Many have asked for the recipe & I will continue to make it over & over again.

Fluffy Two Step Cheesecake I

This was easy & awesome tasting...even though I could only find 6 inch size crusts. It was very impressive when I divided the cheescake down the middle & across in 4 sections and alternated bluberry topping & cherry topping! I made 2 of these back to back & gave one to a friend. Will make again & again.

Onion Soup Pork Chops

I tried this & everyone loved it... the rice had a distict flavor so people liked that a lot. It tastes great & it's easy. Thanks all you wonderful chefs out there!

Easy Sausage Cheese Balls

Something different and really good! I mixed one regular ground sausage with one hot ground sausage-- more than the requested pound on the recipe. I got many compliments on these as well as the other recipes. People at Easter Dinner were so filled up by all the great appetizers I made that no one touched the main Easter dish my mom made!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

The best I have ever had and people at Easter Dinner wanted the recipe--including guys! I doubled the recipe and they practically weren't enough because they were sooo good! MUST TRY!

Blue Cheese Bites

Tried this and it was great! 2 things I tried: (1) to make the blue cheese stay on the biscuits press the cheese down on to top of biscuit or else it will fall off in the oven, and (2) don't use too much cheese on each biscuit because it's a salty type of cheese (I didn't know so I used a little more than I should have.) Got lots of great compliments on it though!
