After reading the recipe and several reviews, I tried it with a few suggested tweeks -- what a hit! I've made it several times and my family and friends have all declared this to be their favorite chile ever, with just the right blend of flavors and texture. I used a 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, a can of tomato soup and a 15 oz. can tomato sauce for the liquids, left out the cumin, but kept everything else as stated. It freezes well (when I was able to make it and put it up without family knowing). I look forward to this go-to dish during the cold winter nights ahead. Thanks!
