Pad Thai

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2012
This was a decent basic recipe. I added peanut butter, cilantro, and used rice vinegar instead of vinegar. I will use butter next time, NOT oil. The eggs will get a nice taste and color in butter.

Sugar Cookies IV

The flavor was a good start, although my mother complained you could taste the cream or tartar. My husband and I both thought there was too much flour.

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
I really liked this. Add some water in the pan definitely, and cut up small pieces of potatoes for the last 45 min. They are good! I used a picnic roast and left the net on. This was a keeper!

Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
First curry dish I've ever made. I didn't follow the directions completely, but I liked the concept. It was easy and fun experimenting with flavors. I used chicken stock instead or broth. I didn't have any garam masala, so I sprinkled some cinnamon and ground cloves, granulated garlic, and one Tbl. of the curry seasoning. I also didn't rub it on the meat. I added it to the oil and cooked to release the aromas, then carrots and onions, then chicken ect. I used two sweet potatoes instead of regular. This recipe dosent say what kind of curry powder to use. The one I have is called "hot madas curry powder" it's a McCormick seasoning. I like it. Hope this helps ^_^

Garlic Alfredo Tilapia

This is a nice and easy recipe. It's been fun trying different alfredo sauces, and fresh tomato. I always serve it with Pasta. I prefer real butter (salted)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
Yum, Yum, Yummy, YUM! Try using half cake flour, half all purpose. I think it's better. Also, anytime you want healthier blueberries, or fresh ones are not in season, use frozen wild blueberries. Soooo Frickin' good! When I don't have a muffin cups, I'll make this in a non stick/dark "brownie ban" ^_^
