Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I have made this recipe 3 times and followed the directions exactly as far as ingredients go...only difference was I made mine in layers and topped it with crumbled nilla wafers. My husband says this is the best banana pudding he's ever eaten and he's not even a sweet eater. So I say that to say even with the entire can of condensed milk it's not too sweet. I have read other reviews and may consider some of their suggestions but this recipe is darn near perfect as is!!!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2012
This was a good recipe. Because of all the different reviews I was a little nervous. I did follow some advice and added garlic, onions, and heavy cream. I'm glad I did because the sauce was a little thin so the cream helped at least make it creamy. I did cook the chicken first, took it out, made the sauce, then put it back in the sauce. My husband loved it, my 18 month old daughter even loved it. We enjoyed it with Parmesan rice and broccoli. I would definitely make it again! My very first time making chicken marsala!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2012
I've always wanted to make my own spices and this one is fabulous! Perfect amount of spice and salt. I hate buying spices from the store and then I don't like them as expensive as they are. Thanks a lot for this one. We have taco thursday every week at my house.

This was a good recipe, I was just looking for something new and different and my husband gave it 2 thumbs up....I only altered it by adding fresh mushrooms as recommended by others. Quick, easy once u get the hang of it, and simply delicious! My 1 year old seemed to enjoy them as well.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I've been dying to try this recipe ever since I came across it but being a new mom, time just wasn't on my side. I decided to try it last night but I didn't have the proper measuring cups/spoons so I eyeballed it. I used the biscuit recipe in the footnote and before really thinking I used the entire biscuit mix instead of 4 cups. That turned out to be a disaster. This morning I just couldn't give up so I had at it again...I followed the advice of other reviewers and used milk instead of water, added the spice along with a little old bay seasoning to the batter mixture AND in the butter. I must say that these are by far the best biscuits! Very proud of myself because I've never made homemade biscuits! I made them for my co-workers and a few of my clients and they were a big hit. Extremely similar to those at my favorite seafood restaurant. Oh I did omit the salt since I used old bay seasoning. I'd highly recommend this recipe as it's easy to make, and simply delicious.

Garlic Alfredo Tilapia

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I've been dying to try a new recipe with tilapia because I eat it so often and wanted to try something new. This recipe was truly delicious. Simple to make, very versatile, and was a hit with my fiance. I used Bertolli Mushroom alfredo sauce out of the jar, added shrimp to the sauce mixture, and I couldn't find creole seasoning so I used cajun. I've added a picture of my outcome Served with long grain wild rice, broccoli, and cheddar bay biscuits (recipe off this site of course). I must say this one was a winner!!
