Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
Fantastic soup -- even better the second day. Only change I made to the recipe was to increase barley to one cup and used store-bought beef stock in the crock pot and in addition to the water when preparing soup (oh yeah -- I used "Better than Bullion" paste instead of cubes
