Asian Ginger Dressing

Way too much soy sauce, too watery & too oily! I had to add more vinegar & honey to tone it down then ended up skimming some of the oil off. Even after that it was still too strong for salad, so I ended up using it as a dressing for soba noodles. It could be good with some changes.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

Good, but sauce needs more of a savory flavor or something. Too sweet, even with reducing sugar to 1/2 cup instead of one cup. Next time I'll use just 1/4 cup & might add some ginger & extra soy sauce because it definitely needs more flavor.

White Cake Frosting I

WHY do people insist on rating recipes when they've screwed around with the ingredients & amounts? You can't give this recipe a poor rating when you've substituted half the shortening with butter & then complain about the consistency or greasiness! This recipe is perfect for decorated cakes with a good, traditional birthday cake flavor.

Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

I'm giving it a 4 for the recipe as it is, but to make it a 5, do as another reviewer suggested & substitute 1/2 cup cream cheese (I used the reduced fat kind) for 1/2 cup of the mayo. This makes it WAY less greasy. I made it as written the first time, but it was way too greasy. This method makes a huge difference, & in my opinion, makes it more flavorful as well. The last 2 times I made it I used Roma tomatoes, seeded & choppped, instead of sundried. I've made this dip at least 5 times now & everyone always loves it. I serve it with the artisanal bread that has cloves of garlic baked into it.

School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls

This recipe is the closest one I've found to the rolls they used to serve in my high school. Absolutely delicious. I halved the recipe & it made about 20 rolls.
