Italian Wheat Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2014
I made these for the first time the day before yesterday, for a memorial service for my mother in law. Not only was this the first time making this recipe, but my first time making rolls ever. My sister in law told me she had people asking if I cater and everywhere I turned people were raving about these. The first batch left me saying "ok, so it worked, but I don't know if I can do enough for the party. The second batch was easier and went much quicker and I was off on a mission. We bought two sets of back up/extra (1 dozen total) from a local store that makes fresh but never needed them, we had plenty with what I had made. People thought they had been professionally and purchased. My mother and my mother in law would have both been thrilled, and I can highly recommend this recipe!

Adeni Tea

This is beyond could become, it is addictive. I've done it more often without the tea to eliminate the caffeine factor and I like it just as much.

Croutons

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
I use my olive oil mister to spray these instead of using butter or shaking them in a bag. It cuts down on the saturation so they stay crispy. Easy, quick recipe that works very well.

These muffins are the easiest, and the best muffins I have ever found. I would recommend these to anyone who likes oatmeal for sure.

The recipe is excellent, particularly for how simple it is. Makes great soup if there are leftovers too!!!

Pumpkin Chiffon Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
I love this recipe. I go with no more than two cups of fluid total just as people have suggested and it works great. Even if it doesn't set quite right, it has always been servable and very much enjoyed.

Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2005
Outstanding! Makes a wonderfully unique hostess gift, it's such a treat. Will be using it for many hostess gifts this coming year for sure. ... updated to say several years later this is still a huge hit and mom just told me that dad loves it. Don't stir the butter until you are ready to remove the gloss. If you get it too hardened in that timeframe (btdt) a hand mixer works great, just press the fudge into the pan when you are done and refrigerate. I know, not as easy but it may save you from remaking and it's loved just the same.

Deep Dish Brownies

Excellent!!!!! I made them with two eggs and no baking powder, and they are wonderful.(They've also convinced me that that the pan I got for christmas last year may be great for some but I've decided it's best left for others.)
