About this Cook
I like to cook and love to eat. I create a menu every week so I can prepare meals ahead of time, like marinating meats, shopping for fresh ingredients, bread, veggies, etc. I cook for my wife and 8 year old son. No complaints and mostly raves about what I make. I like to have a nice dinner almost every night of the week. We'll do pizza once in a while to make it easier on me.
My favorite things to cook
Grilling steaks, burger, chicken. Spaghetti and meatballs, all kinds of chicken dishes, rice, tofu, veggies. Learning more casserole recipes and things that can be frozen.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Uuuummmmmm? Cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving and a ham for Christmas and Easter? Don't know how to answer that. Make meals that don't suck?

Pineapple Fried Rice II
This is soooo good. I love the tangy sweetness of the pineapple with the saltiness of the ham. This is a main dish for sure because you'll find yourself putting a pile of it on your plate and devouring it. Pretty good for you too.

Balsamic Chicken
This recipe was very simple and you can add a few things yourself if you like. It was quick and easy and tastes great. No complaints from my gang. Enjoy.

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze
It was pretty good, my wife liked it but I guess I'm just not a big rosemary fan. A little too overpowering taste for me. The overall idea of the orange juice and maple syrup is great, I should have just left out the rosemary.
