Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I made these cookies just as the recipe reads (opting not to add walnuts) but I baked them as a bar (I hate babysitting the oven with cookies) and my family LOVES them. They were fluffy, moist, chocolatey and delicious. The whole pan only lasted 2 days in our house! Great recipe!

P.J.'s Fresh Corn Salad

Our new summer favorite! I used frozen corn, green pepper and a white onion (very finely chopped) in place of the fresh corn, red bell pepper and red onion, only because that is what I had in the house. It is fresh and tasty... and addicting! I can see having this salad in my fridge all summer long.

Rhubarb Cake II

I was a bit skeptical as I was making this cake. Really? Nothing to stir or mix? Yes, it is really that easy and yes, it is that delicious. The whole pan was gone within 24 hours at my house! I used sugar free Jell-o, and this is going to sound strage, but all I had was strawberry kiwi... it was still AWESOME. My new summer favorite! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
