This recipe is great with "Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce". I used beef broth and liquid smoke, but I ommitted the coffee. After cooking on low for about 10 hours I shredded the pork then added the sauce and let it simmer on warm setting for a couple more hours. It was fantastic!!
