Ultimate Mayonnaise Cake

This is the absolute best chocolate cake I have ever tasted! It is so moist and decadent. The only thing I do different is that I add more semi-sweet chocolate and melt it a little before adding it to the batter! Tastes good even without frosting!

Fudgy Brownies I

This is my only brownie recipe! I lost my copy of the recipe a couple of days ago and instead of using a 'substitute' recipe . .I just didn't make any . .not until I found my copy. These are so wonderful! I must say that even if ten people used the same recipe, chances are there will be ten different results. Some people just have a special touch . . .

David's Yellow Cake

I cannot believe that I have not rated this recipe yet! This is my only yellow cake recipe (since 2002). What I do differently is add pudding to make it even more moist. I love to experiment! Last time I added a box of sugar free french vanilla pudding mix, but you can add any flavor you like. The trick is to add a light-colored flavor so the cake remains yellow. It changes the flavor a little bit, but that is a good thing!

Old-Fashioned Roasted Pecans

OMG! OMGoodness! Scrumptious! I sprinkled vanilla extract over the pecans halfway through the roasting. The vanilla extract added more flavor! I also roasted them a little longer than an hour (about one hour/twenty mintues) to really get that roasted flavor locked in. I will definitely have to roast more tomorrow! Pecans are my favorite nut!
