This recipe was awsome and very easy to play with and make. I didn't have any milk so I used some of the juice left over from the can of vegetables and then I decided to make the pie lighter (since I was only serving it to 3) and use only a bottom crust. Instead of the top I layered on some steamed brocolli stems cut lengthwise on top to form a veggie crust and also added some onions that I had steamed with the brocolli. Next time I'll probably add lots of carrots and more brocolli but it was a big hit with everyone the way it was!!!
