I have been developing a chocolate cake recipe for the last several years and whenever I trot it out at work, my coworkers love me even more. It's not a gooey brownie recipe, which I hate. These brownies are thick and very decadently chocolatty. Too many tragedies to recount. In fact, I just threw out some dough today. I've had many tragedies invoving bread, but bread making is not so easy to learn.
