I love healthy and delectable! I have lost an extreme amount of weight within the last year by simply eating well and exercising. Well, I should not have used the word "simply" as it was difficult and rather frustrating at times. I joined this site to find new ideas for my meals. I am really interested in high protein and low in fat vegetarian dishes.
