Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

Good recipe. Next time I will cut the pasta in half. Seemed a tad dry but was very good. Took the left overs and added some marinara for a different meal.

Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

This is such an easy and tasty recipe. I didn't let the strawberries sit for the complete hour and they still tasted great. I served them over angel food cake and my brother & sister in-laws loved them. This recipe is a keeper!

Delicious Apple Sauce

Easy and good! I cut back a tad on the cinnamon. I will definately make this again. I made it for a summer dinner and it was raved about by my sisters-in-law (who are fabulous cooks)! Would be especially good on a cool fall day.

Shepherd's Pie III

I like other raters didn't have the ground beef on hand so I made it with all gournd turkey. It was very good and next time I'll do the same. I added more cheese to the top too. Good texture and flavor. Will definately make this recipe again.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Good. I'll always keep the ingredients in the house to quickly make this easy soup. Could add hot sauce for more flavor if you like.

Peach French Toast

I made this for a girlfriends brunch, served with fresh sliced strawberries and blueberrie and mimosas! It was very good. All my friends raved about it and had a second helping. I used thick sliced bakery bread that I set out all day to get stale. I baked it uncovered and didn't get any of the mushiness mentioned in other reviews. No need to eat with a spoon when made this way.
