Easy and so good. Great comfort food. I took the advice of other reviewers and soaked the noodles in really hot water instead of boiling them. And used a plastic resealable bag with the corner cut off to pipe the filling into the noodles. I divided the manicotti into two 7 x 11 baking dishes, put one in the freezer, and the other fed two adults and two young kids....just the right amount. Added a salad and crusty bread. Will definitely make again.

Deer Chop Hurry

So good! I followed recipe exactly. Smelled so good cooking in the crockpot all day. Served it with baked potatoes and corn. Definitely a keeper!

Pork Chalupas

I have to be honest, I was very disappointed with the end result. It smelled really good cooking in the slow cooker all day, and with 4.5 stars I was expecting it to taste good. It was WAY too salty for one thing. Too runny to put in a flour tortilla. My kids wouldn't eat it. This is the first recipe on here that I've not liked. Will not be making this again. Big waste of money and time.

World's Best Lasagna

First time I've ever made lasagna. Glad I found this recipe. Very good! Couple of tips: put a cookie sheet under the dish, because mine cooked over. Thank goodness I caught it before it made too much of a mess. Also, I only used half of the salt in the recipe.) I used dried parsley instead of fresh, and it still came out fine. Next time I may divide it into two smaller pans, and freeze one. Overall, very impressed with this recipe!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Tried this tonight. Smelled so good in the oven, and tasted wonderful. Will definitely be making this again. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the bottom was a little soggy. But that's it...very good recipe!

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

Easy to make. Just a tad on the bland side for me, but still good. I might try adding some jalapenos or taco seasoning to it next time. I'd like a little more spice. Made this to go with Salsa Chicken and the two were really good mixed together. Nice recipe!
