Teriyaki Flank Steak

Love this one, it reminds me of my Mom's flank steak. I like to make a half batch (easy on the soy)of the marinade and simmer/reduce it as a "steak sauce".

Easy Chicken Curry

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Easy and tasty. I added some Italian seasoning to the mayo mixture (and some extra garlic because we like it). I also cut the breasts into strips. I was afraid my son wouldn't like it due to the mayo, but he enjoyed them.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

This was quick, easy and most of all tasty! I usually just use a bottle of blue cheese dressing, but decided to try making my own for the wings today. I'm adding this one to my recipe box to use again.

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto

I used only the ingredients listed, I didn't experiment and add a bunch of stuff and then try to rate your recipe. The taste was very nice, everyone liked it. It was as good as any pesto I've had at restaurants. Next time I'll toast the nuts before I add them. Four stars is only because I couldn't get the basil to "paste" in my blender. I ended up adding everything just to get it to blend. It could just be my blender. I'll try adding the basil in slowly next time.

London Broil II

The recipe is correct in being called London Broil and using the cut of flank steak. Do some research before you accuse someone of something. "London Broil" reffers to the cooking method. The cut of beef call "London Broil" should be called a "Top Round Steak" Haven't made this yet, but I will (with Flank Steak.).

Tomato, Basil, and Feta Salad

I enjoyed this, it had good flavor. I would make it when reday to serve, or at least wait to add the oil & vinegar as it got a bit mushy.

Pizza Dough I

We followed the recipe "as is", and thought it was pretty good. We'll use it again as the base recipe and try some of the "modifications" others have done. All in all, we liked it and it will go in my recipe box for next week.

Blue Cheese Potato Salad

I had to give it 3 stars. Next time I'll follow the instructions instead of reading the other suggestions. I added everything to the hot potatoes and the oil from the dressing separated out & made a mess. Also the green onions became soft instead of crisp. The flavor was nice, it just wasn't presentable as made.

Hearts and Gizzards (Giblets)

Didn't like this one. I followed the recipe, and ruined my pressure cooker. I've got it soaking, but don't know if I'll be able to get the burnt mess out. I only cooked them for 30 min, if I had gone 35 or more, the gizzards wouldn't have been salvagable, but they were still very mushy. I'll go back to boiling gizzards and fying them.
