Simple White Cake

Really easy recipe, really good cake, I only made half of the recipe so I used the 1/4 cup and like 1 tbs more extra of milk. The cupcakes came out perfect in 23 to 25 mins.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2012
Fantastic! Did everything in advance and stuck it all in the slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Got my pie crust dough ready in advance from a pastry recipe I have on hand. And when it was time, just rolled out fresh pie crust to the pan, filled it, and topped it off with other pie crust. Delicious! Recommended mixing gravy and chicken/veggies together beforehand.

Peanut Butter Cookies IV

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
This is a good recipe. I added an extra egg and used 1 1/2 cup flour because I added 1 cup of peanut butter. The baking soda I mixed with that salt and about 1/2 tsp of water enough to get it runny and foamy then I put into the mix. Added some semi sweet chocolate chips I had and dropped the dough unto the cookie sheet. Soft cookies finally a recipe for soft pb cookies. Use parchment paper helps a lot. Cooked for 10 minutes exactly.

Italian Herb Bread I

Great recipe, I only did half of it and after punching the dough, I rolled it out on a floured surface, shredded mild cheddar and placed in it in the middle. Rolled into a loaf and baked for 45 minutes. Excellent!

Tuna Melts

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
It was okay, only used 2 tbsp of light mayo, used cheddar and mozzarella, added garlic powder and onion powder along with pepper. Used whole wheat as well. Put it in for 10 min at 350 but then turned broiler on for 5 minutes.
