About this Cook
I'm 19 years old and I don't have much cooking experience. What I'm really trying to do is eat a bit helathier and in doing so learn to cook some new dishes. I love food, who doesn't?, so the more I learn the better :)
My favorite things to cook
My favorite foods are pastas, chicken, and desserts!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My absolute favorite dish is Chicken Parmiagana and I love when my mom makes it.
My cooking triumphs
Recently I made Chicken BBQ-Teriyaki and pasta salad. It was pretty good if I do say so myself ;)
My cooking tragedies
I attempted homemade Mac N Cheese and let's just say I didn't do it quite right.

Picante Chicken
I just made this and it was delicious with a capitol D...so Delicious. I was worried it wouldn't come out and thought the salsa may burn but instead the salsa seemed to perfectly infuse into the chicken in just about 20 minutes of cooking. I actually made the salsa I used for this myself so it would be as spicy as I like and seasoned the chicken with a bit of seasoned salt and it all came out great! Nice recipe!

Boneless Buffalo Wings
This is great for a party or crowd of people you're trying to feed. Definately a "crowd pleaser". I didn't think it was spicy enough but with that aside a very good dish!

Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Wraps
I really enjoyed the buffalo and bacon combo. Also, the tomatoes went great with the buffalo flavor as well. Nice mix. The ranch and buffalo didn't seem to mix too well though. I think this would be much better as a burrito where everything can sit and not fall out. This would allow all of the various flavors to mesh better. I'll try that next time.
