Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler
Peaches are my favorite fruit, and this was seriously the most delicious dessert I had all summer. I used organic peaches that were a little underripe, and it didn't even matter - the cobbler was ridiculously good. I followed the suggestion of another commenter and made about 1.5 times the topping since I was using a shallower pyrex. Try it with vanilla ice cream. Just as good the next day!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Made this with Sriracha as the hot sauce (I tend to cut down spiciness, so I used a bit less than the recipe calls for). Awesome, very flavorful and good over some simple rice.

Rhubarb Dumplings
I had to make this not once, but twice in one week because my friends thought these were magical. I added leftover strawberries to some of the dumpling fillings, and that was a pretty good combination. I did cut the amount of sugar/water/butter/vanilla (to about 2/3 of the total amounts in the recipe), and didn't need to adjust anything else - just made sure to grab the dumplings out of the oven once they turned golden brown! Held up well for the next day too.
