Sugar Coated Pecans

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

This recipe makes a delicious cake. I used the whole can of pumpkin, added an additional 1/4 cup flour, used 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I frosted my cake with cream cheese frosting and it was so good.

Banana Cake V

This cake is fantastic. I used 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup light brown sugar and thougth it was sweet enough. I also used more banana because I had them. This is a very moist, flavorful cake and I'll be making it again soon.

Cucumber Salad

I really like this salad. I did make a couple of changes. I used plain yogurt, not vanilla and I roasted the garlic before adding it to the salad. I also sprinkled the top with chives and more dill before serving.

Barb's Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

This is a great mix of flavors. I did make a few changes. I used 2 heads of broccoli to 1 head of cauliflower, also added cubed cheddar cheese. I didn't have ranch dressing, so I used 1/4 cup miracle whip + 3 Tbs sugar and fresh herbs.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

This is a great recipe. The only thing I changed was to use 1/2 panko breadcrumbs and 1/2 regular breadcrumbs. The leftovers went for chicken parmesan sandwiches the next day!

Rhubarb Crunch

Great recipe. I did as other had recommended and used a 9X9 baking dish and halfed the topping. I also added 1 tsp vanilla and a little fresh nutmeg. YUM!!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

I like this coffee cake but I did as other recommended and used a 9 X 9 pan and baked it for 50 - 55 minutes. I also added shredded apple and dates to the filling. Very tasty!

Cocktail Meatballs

These are great although I made a few changes. I added some grape jelly, some cocktail sauce with the chili sauce and a couple of drops of worchestershire.
