White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2013
Just made these. I thought I bought white chocolate chips but I accidently got butterscotch and they were still really good when they came out. I rolled the dough into a ball with my hand before putting it on the baking sheet and the cookies came out perfectly shaped.

Very good. I added a little bit of liquid smoke to it this time just for a fun flavor.

Oatmeal Crackers

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2013
I didn't love these and I didn't hate them. I should have read the reviews first because I definitely should have added more water to make the dough more "dough-like". They are bland, but I sprinkled stevia and more seasonings on top to give it a nice taste. My biggest issue was just that the flavor wasn't initially there and the dough seemed to need more water. If that was specified originally I think they would have came out a lot better.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2013
I just made these cookies a few minutes ago. I substituted the 1/4 cup of sugar with agave instead of using all whiet sugar, and I accidently baked the cookies two minutes more then I should have and they are still soft and delicious. Great recipe!

Blue Cheese Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
This recipe was alright, but I didn't love it. We eat blue cheese in my home, but for some reason these burgers did not go over the way I thought they would. I followed the recipe word for word, but still was not impressed with the way they taste.

Cheeseburger Pockets

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2011
These were very good. I found that stretching the dough a little bit before placing the meat and cheese in it worked a little bit better for me. That way it had a little more elasticity to it. Overall, a very easy and good dish!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
My husband really enjoyed this recipe. I did add just a few chopped, slices of jalapeños to the meatloaf since we usually eat spicy food in our home. I cooked the meatloaf for an hour on 350f. It was not fully cooked. I cooked it again for another half an hour and it was fully done. It was a little moist for my taste but overall, it was a good, easy recipe.

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
Very good and simple! I forgot the sugar because I did the recipe off of the top of my head after I read it. My fault. It was a little salty (because of my error) but so delicious! Next time there will be no forgetting the sugar haha

Hamburger Pie

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
I made this recipe tonight. My husband and I prefer spicy food, so I diced eight already sliced jalapeños. I then added instead of JUST green beans, a mixture of frozen peas, carrots and green beans. Also, like other users have suggested, I used mushroom soup instead of tomato. Beautiful. :]
