these cookies were ok. the taste was not exquisite, just mediocre. i substitued 1C oatmeal flour like some of the others suggested and also refrigerated the dough for 1 hour before baking. with the first batch i dropped teaspoon sized dough onto the cookie sheet. the cookies came out super flat, but the edges were still crispy and the centers chewy. i refrigerated the dough for 2 days and made another batch. this time i used a tablespoon and made round balls. the cookies came out a little less flat the second time around. i won't be making this recipe again
